My reporting format is a narrative form, written in an easy to understand “non-technical” style, which fully explains the problems. It is not merely a “checklist” format that can run 35 to 50 pages or more.
It is a concise description of the issues backed up by high-resolution digital images so you can see exactly what the comments are describing. Additionally, there will be a “Report Summary” that can assist you in creating a prioritization list of items that you feel are the most important and would like the seller to address. The report including digital images are typically e-mailed to the client and agent by the end of the day following the inspection.
