Scott was responsive and visible during the scheduling of our inspection, especially during a time when inspectors were in high-demand. He arrived exactly when he said he’d be onsite. He was thoughtful, polite, and personable. Most notably, he was a home inspection subject matter expert and later discovered that he continues to learn about today’s standards and technology through coursework to remain relevant (this was important to us). Even our new home had a number of corrections / updates required before closing, which were addressed thanks to Scott and his attention to detail. He explained things at a level that we needed as new homeowners to understand what was wrong, what could happen if unaddressed, and the best way to resolve the issue… and provided us with the detailed report and photos thereafter.
