I used Scott Leppin Inspection services 5 years ago and got 3 excellent inspections done, one of which resulted in my current homestead. Flash forward to now, re-contacted him after 5 years because I’m ready to buy a new property. He responded to me immediately, followed up with email, and scheduled me as soon as possible for my new offer I put in with only 5 day option period. Literally as if no time had passed since last time I used him. He does a thorough job and works with your schedule in case you’re in a time crunch. Very professional I highly recommend him. Will be using him a 3rd time in the future for 3rd investment property.
